Whenever a challenge pops up in your life, how do you handle it?

Some of us might try to avoid it.

Maybe you want to start doing yoga, learn to draw, or learn another language, but you don’t because you’re afraid you’ll fail…

Or maybe you do try that for the first time, but never again if it doesn’t come easily because “I’m just not good at this.”

For example, if you believe “I’m not a math person” then that belief is an easy excuse to avoid practicing math!

If you believe that the traits you’re born with, like intelligence and talents, are all you get – then you have a fixed mindset.

You might embrace challenges and see them as interesting opportunities to push your limits.

If you believe that new abilities can be developed through practice – then you have a growth mindset.

The craziest thing to me is that whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.

Your mind is a powerful thing.

If you’re worried that you have a fixed mindset, then I have good news:

You can easily shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset!

  1. I think you got it wrong, cause me I hate maths not because I don’t want to learn it,but because I have tried and it isn’t working. So I count myself off from maths.
,,,It may work for some people and also won’t work for others ,but just know the choice depends on ‘What you are good at’.

  2. It is quite true one can shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset it depends on an individual believed
